QRForge, operated by iFixgroup, provides QR code and short-link tools. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, name, and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we never store them in plain text.
• Content you create — the QR codes, short links, destination URLs, link pages, brand kits, and groups/teams you make in QRForge.
• Scan analytics — when someone scans one of your QR codes or opens one of your short links, we record the time of the scan, an approximate location derived from the visitor's IP address, and the device/browser type. We show this information to you, the code's owner, as scan analytics.
• Payment information — payments and donations are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.
• Authentication token — after you sign in, an authentication token is stored in your browser's local storage (web) or the device Keychain (iOS app) so you stay signed in.

Camera (iOS app)

The QRForge iOS app uses the camera only to scan QR codes. Scanning happens on your device; camera images are not uploaded to our servers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the service, show you scan analytics for your codes, process payments and donations, keep accounts secure, and respond to your support requests.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run QRForge — Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.
