Steps

  1. 1

    Open the contact generator

Open the QRForge generator and choose the Contact (vCard) data type.

  2. 2

    Fill in your details

Enter the fields you want to share — name, phone, email, company, job title, and website. Leave any field blank to omit it.

  3. 3

    Customize (optional)

Adjust the colors and add a logo, and keep the error-correction high so the denser contact code still scans well.

  4. 4

    Download and share

Download the PNG or SVG and add it to a business card, email signature, or badge so people can save your contact with one scan.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when someone scans it?

Their phone reads the vCard and offers to create a new contact pre-filled with the details you included.

Is there a limit to how much I can include?

You can include the standard vCard fields. Keeping it to the essentials makes the code less dense and easier to scan.
