How to add a logo to a QR code
Put your logo in the center of a QR code for free, and keep it scannable by using the right error-correction level.
Open the generatorSteps
- 1
Create your code
Open the QRForge generator and fill in your data — a URL, Wi-Fi network, contact, or any other type.
- 2
Upload your logo
Add a center logo image. Keep it small enough that it does not cover too much of the code.
- 3
Raise the error correction
Set the error-correction level to H. This adds redundancy so the code stays readable even with a logo covering part of it.
- 4
Test and download
Scan it with your phone to confirm it works, then download a high-resolution PNG or scalable SVG.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my code stop scanning when I add a logo?
The logo covers part of the data. Raising the error-correction level to H restores the redundancy the code needs, and keeping the logo small also helps.
What image works best for the logo?
A PNG with a transparent background works best, so the logo sits cleanly on top of the code.
